The Milang and Clayton Community Care Program is part of the Home and Community Care Program (HACC). It is jointly funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care and the Health Department of South Australia.
HACC funded services support frail aged people, younger people with disabilities and carers in the community. The program aims to provide a range of basic maintenance and support services to people who may be at risk of needing long-term hostel or nursing home care.
