Services Provided
Local organisation of the program is through the Coordinator who is based at the Milang Old School House Community Centre. The Coordinator is responsible for managing funds for the HACC program, coordinating different aspects of the program, advocating for the services in the area and supporting Community Care Workers and Clients. The Milang and Clayton Community Care program has been designed to suit the needs of local clients.
